
~ Stay on Track ~

There are LOTS of things going on in my life right now and I tend to forget certain habits when I get stressed out. This week, I am going to focus on staying on track with my food journal. I have been TERRIBLE at tracking what I am eating, and I think that I have been bad because I am not eating healthy. So, this week I am really going to focus on tracking ALL of my food and beverages via my food journal. As inspired by one of my favorite food bloggers, Roni Noone…I track all of my food via Twitter. She came up with this awesome system (Tweet, Eat, Post) that will calculate all of your Weight Watchers points for you if you use a Twitter account. Yep, I am THAT geek-tastic.
