~ Eat More Vegetables ~

Since I have been tracking my food journal on MyFitnessPal.com, I have noticed that I am lacking in vegetables. Which is odd--because I love vegetables! But for some reason, I am eating a lot of sandwiches…probably because they are easy and convenient. And not a lot of veggies.
So, this week I am going to make it a point to eat more vegetables, whether it is salad, grilled vegetables or raw vegetables. My body is craving them. They help to fuel my workouts, and I have a busy schedule in front of me this week.
