I know this has been my Mantra before…but I’ve got to bring it back. I’m tired. I’ve got a lot going on. Lots of new technology being introduced to me. Lots of trying to balance all of the aspects of my life. I am busy. Now don’t get me wrong, I like being busy…but sometimes, this girl needs to say No and take some down time for herself.

This week, I am going to ‘Just Keep Swimming’. Until I can take a break. In the wise words from the movie Waterboy, “YOU CAN DO IT”!

MANTRA MONDAY: Vegetables

Mantra Monday


~ Eat More Vegetables ~



Since I have been tracking my food journal on MyFitnessPal.com, I have noticed that I am lacking in vegetables. Which is odd--because I love vegetables! But for some reason, I am eating a lot of sandwiches…probably because they are easy and convenient. And not a lot of veggies. 

So, this week I am going to make it a point to eat more vegetables, whether it is salad, grilled vegetables or raw vegetables. My body is craving them. They help to fuel my workouts, and I have a busy schedule in front of me this week.
